Southern Tier Power Squadron is one of 18 Squadrons in District 6 of the United States Power Squadrons(USPS). USPS is a national organization of recreational boaters dedicated to making boating safer and more fun for everyone. Recognized by the United States Coast Guard and many other marine organizations as the primiere source for delivering high quality training throughout the United States.
